Welcome to the Olde Millbrook Homeowners Association. This page and the ones accessible via the buttons on the left will provide you with most of the information you may require pertaining to the Olde Millbrook Homeowners Association.

Use the menu buttons at the left to obtain information on the Residents of Olde Millbrook, the Board of Directors or Committee Chairs, get a copy of the "Home Owners Welcome packet", download or read the By-Laws, and get access to the annual budget.

The management company that handles many of the Association affairs is Dirigo Management Company located at One City Center in Portland. Debbie Nugent is our contact there. Should you have any questions of her, she can be reached at 871-1080. You can also learn more about Dirigo Management by clicking on the "Management" button on the left.

You will be required to enter your "User ID" and your "Password" to access Resident Directory contained under the "Directory" button on the left, so be sure to have it readily available when you go there. If you have not yet registered for a "User ID and Password" then, please click the link at the bottom of the "User Login" page which says "Request A New User Account".
