Amenities

The Olde Millbrook Home Owners Association has many wonderful amenities for its residents:

Swimming Pools
We have a large heated swimming pool and a kiddies pool.

Playground
We have a fun playground for the kids. The playground is located next to the swimming pool and large field. There is a play scape with a slide and climbing features. An attached section includes several swings for both toddlers and young children.

There is also a Tire Sculpture which the kids love to climb on as well.

Ball Field
In addition, we have a ball field which is used for many different sports and leisure activities.

Tennis Courts
We have two tennis courts that get great usage all summer with lessons, mixers, and regular group play.

Horse Barn
A multi-stable horse barn and paddock is available for boarding of your horse. See Guidelines & Application for details.

Ice Skating Rink

In the winter we also have an ice skating rink for all to enjoy. Many hours of ice skating and hockey are enjoyed by our children and adults alike.

To Reserve Use of Amenities
Members of Olde Millbrook can reserve use of our amenities for private functions by submitting the reservation form. Just click here, Reservation Form, download this form and submit it to the Social Committee Chairman, the Board of Directors or Dirigo Management.
