Condominiums

The Olde Millbrook Association is quite unique with an Association within the larger association. That association is the “Condominiums at Olde Millbrook.” This is located off Tall Pines Road and includes within its scope both Reef Lane (7 homes) and Running Tide Drive (20 homes).

From the Board of Directors of the Condominiums at Olde Millbrook:

"Welcome to each of you who have purchased a condominium. We hope that you will enjoy and take pride in this very unique community, nestled in the middle of a neighborhood called “Olde Millbrook”, as much as we who have lived here for many years. Please take time to read your copy of the By-laws and Covenants for the condominiums. Information regarding personal planting maintenance, preservation of the public landscaping and building exteriors will help you to enable all of us to ensure the value of our properties."

The monthly fee for the condominiums of $165.00 (this is in addition to the Olde Millbrook Association Annual Fee of $345.00) includes Management Fees, Insurance Costs, Lawn Care, and Snowplowing for Reef Lane and Running Tide Drive only. The Water and Sewer charges are the responsibility of each condominium owner as is the maintenance of the exterior of your condominium including painting and roofing.
